RBP Officers Begin Two-Week ILOGE Programme on Innovative Leadership at NIESBUD, India (GoI Project Tied Assistance)
Under the Government of India (GoI) Project Tied Assistance, the International Training Programme on Innovative Leadership for Organizational Growth and Excellence (ILOGE) for officers of the Royal Bhutan Police was inaugurated on 05 January 2026 at the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), India.
The programme was formally inaugurated by Dr. Poonam Sinha, Director General, NIESBUD, who underscored the critical role of innovative leadership in fostering organizational growth, adaptability, and excellence in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.
The two-week programme is being attended by fourteen senior officers of the Royal Bhutan Police. It is designed to enhance participants’ capabilities in innovative leadership, strategic thinking, organizational development, and excellence, with a focus on applying contemporary leadership practices within policing organizations.
