- There shall be an IB office in the field divisions as required;
- The IBFOs will collaborate closely with the field divisions;
- Distribute intelligence reports related to criminal and security matters to the field divisions as appropriate and necessary;
- Investigate subversive activities and other sensitive cases as directed by IB HQ;
- Conduct a threat analysis for any VVIP visit within their jurisdiction;
- Report cases of misuse and corruption within the jurisdiction;
- Submit a report on incidents, disasters, and security situations at the location to IB HQ;
- Update crucial and sensitive information shared on social media with IB HQ; and
- Carry out any other assigned task.
