The engineering division shall consist of the following units:
Construction and Infrastructure Development Unit (CIDU)
- Plan, design, draw, and prepare an estimate for construction;
- Present architectural designs and drawings to senior management;
- Procedure for administering construction contracts:
- Conduct regular inspections and oversee constructions;
- Check invoices and arrange for payments;
- Prepare the organisation’s Five Year and Annual Construction Budget.
- Taking handover of completed construction or renovation works and
- Carry out any other assigned task.
Repair and Maintenance Unit (RMU)
- Develop and propose the annual and five-year budget for repairs and maintenance;
- Assume responsibility for new and renovated buildings and infrastructure from the Construction and Infrastructure Development Unit;
- Ensure the proper maintenance of all organisational fixed assets.
- Update the management regarding the status of the infrastructures;
- Perform repair and maintenance of the buildings; and
- Carry out any other assigned task.
