- Share information about police services with the public;
- Coordinate with the media and issue press releases upon approval;
- Functions as the spokesperson for the Police Organisation;
- Clarify any false allegations made against the police in the media;
- Inform the Chief of Police about media posts relating to the organisation;
- Publish and archive photographs and video clips of all the organisation’s programmes and activities; and
- Fulfil any other assigned responsibilities.
